Tour Itinerary
As you arrive at Ahmedabad Airport or Railway station, you will be greeted by our tour representative & then he will transfer you to your pre-booked hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, visit the Calico Museum- the primary textile museum of India, showcasing amazing artwork & then we continue towards Sidi Saiyyed Mosque. Thereafter, we will proceed to Akshardham Temple (Gandhinagar) and Adalaj Stepwell- a five-story well - which dates back to the 15th century. Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Have breakfast in the morning & leave for Dasada. On the way stop at Modhera - which is famous for its ancient Sun Temple, dedicated to Hindu's Sun God; and Patan - home to many temples, mosques, and other structures dating back to the bygone era. Reach Dasada in the afternoon & check in at the hotel. Later we will depart for Little Rann of Kutch - the largest salt desert in the world located in the Thar Desert. Return to hotel for overnight stay.
Today we will drive to Bhuj. On the way to Bhuj, we will stop at DSP/Collector office to get the permit (required for foreign nationals) to visit Banni Village. Explore Bhuj's attractions like Prag Mahal Palace, Aina Mahal, Bhujiyo Hill, and Hamirsar Lake & markets. Check-in at the hotel in the evening & overnight stay.
After a refreshing breakfast, a full-day excursion of Banni Village to explore the lifestyle & culture of the people of Gujarat. Later in the evening, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After early morning breakfast, we leave for Rajkot via Sayla. In Sayla, we will witness rural India while walking through the village. Arrive at Rajkot & check in at the hotel. Then visit Shri Ramakrishna Ashrama, Rotary Dolls Museum. Evening, return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Have breakfast early morning as today we leave for Sasan Gir. Reach Sasan Gir in the afternoon. Guests then have the option either to relax at the hotel or to go to Sasan Gir Lion Sanctuary - home of Asiatic Lions. Overnight at Sasan Gir.
Have a safari early morning around 6:00 a.m. After breakfast, we will leave for Diu. En-route we will visit Somnath. Somnath is believed to be the first of the twelve Shiva’s Jyotirlinga. Later reach Diu & check in at the hotel. Overnight at Diu.
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel as today you are free to explore Diu & its famous beaches. Evening, back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Morning explore beaches at Diu. Afternoon, we will continue towards Bhavnagar. On reaching Bhavnagar, check-in at the hotel for an overnight stay.
Have breakfast early morning as we will drive towards Baroda via Palitana. A major pilgrimage center for Jains - more than 3000 temples are located on Shatrunjaya hills, carved out of marble. Continue towards Baroda. Overnight at Baroda.
Post breakfast in the morning, explore Baroda city which includes a visit to Sayaji Baug, Nazarbaug Palace, Kirti Stambh, or Baroda Museum. Later visit Chhota Udaipur - if time permits. Return back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
After breakfast at the hotel, we will leave for Baroda airport and further to Delhi or Mumbai International Airport to catch an international flight for our onward destination.
